"Operation Innocent Justice" Targets 55 People Involved in Internet Child Porn Trade

DECATUR, GA – As a result of a 5-month investigation coordinated by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, search warrants are being executed today in 40 Georgia counties in connection with the distribution of child porn over the Internet.

Unidentified Human Remains Found in Dooly County

Dooly County, GA - At approximately 11:15AM today, a farmer was working on a well in a cotton field and located a body near the field and a wooded area.  The farmer contacted the Dooly County Sheriff’s Office and they notified the GBI for investigative and crime scene processing assistance.
