Atlanta, GA:    The body found in Dooly County on March 9, 2011 was identified as Gladis Russell, 85, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, on March 10, 2011 at the GBI Crime Lab in Macon, Ga.  Mrs. Russell was identified with dental records provided by the Logan County Ohio Sheriff's Office at that time. 

Additional examination of the body was conducted at the GBI Headquarters Crime Lab in Atlanta.   The manner of death has been ruled homicide as a result of blunt force trauma.  The body of Mrs. Russell will be scheduled to be returned to Ohio by Eichholtz Funeral Home of Bellefonatine, Ohio.  The tentative time frame will be next week.
