Finance Division
The primary mission of the GBI Finance Division is to provide sound, solid advice and financial management to all programs in GBI and the attached agency Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC). The Division is lead by the Chief Financial Officer and consists of three main units: Accounting, Budget, and Purchasing. The staff is responsible for all financial transactions involving the agency. Financial transactions include budget development, expenditure monitoring, grant management, account reconciliation, payment processing, cash management, revenue collections, payroll, and purchase orders and bids.
