Clayton, GA – Clark Bowen, 47, of 22 Jiles Drive, Clayton, was arrested on Monday, September 22 charged with one count of Sexual Exploitation of Children (Possession of Child Pornography).  The arrest is the result of a two month investigation by the GBI’s Child Exploitation and Computer Crimes Unit.  During the course of the investigation, Bowen shared five files of suspected child pornography.  The Rabun County Sheriff’s Office and the GBI executed a search warrant at Bowen’s residence on Monday where they located a laptop, belonging to Bowen, which contained images of suspected child pornography.  After being arrested, Bowen was transported to the Rabun County Jail.
