Ellijay, Gilmer County, GA (September 22, 2026) – The GBI has arrested and charged Victor Henry Vicente, age 19, of Ellijay, GA, with Sexual Extortion and Eavesdropping, Surveillance, or Intercepting Communication that Invades Privacy.

On Friday, September 4, 2026, the Ellijay Police Department requested the GBI to assist with an investigation involving the sextortion of a woman.

On September 21, 2026, Vicente was booked at the Gilmer County Jail.
