Cochran, Georgia (June 6,2024) – At the request of the Cochran Police Department, GBI agents are investigating the death of Milton Mullis, age 70, of Cochran, GA.

Preliminary information indicates on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at about 9:10 a.m., Mullis was hit by a piece of heavy equipment which resulted in his death. The incident occurred while Mullis was working at the Cochran Oil Mill and Ginnery located on the 100 block of E. Ash St., Bleckley County, Cochran, GA.
