Bainbridge, Georgia (April 1, 2024) – At the request of Bainbridge Public Safety, GBI agents are investigating the death of Markeith Miller, age 35, of Bainbridge, GA. Miller was found dead behind a home in the 200 block of Simms Street in Bainbridge, Georgia. Miller lived in the 100 block of Simms Street.  

Miller’s body will be taken to the GBI Crime Lab where a Medical Examiner will perform an autopsy.  

GBI agents partnered with Bainbridge Public Safety and the Decatur County Sheriff’s Office to process the crime scene and recover evidence. 

This investigation is active and ongoing.
