Hartwell, GA (June 16, 2021) – On Tuesday, June 15, 2021, the GBI arrested Jeremy Leonard Green, 36, of Hartwell, GA. Green was arrested for Child Molestation, Statutory Rape and Enticing a Child for Indecent Purposes. Green was also charged with Criminal Attempt of Sexual Exploitation of Children/Child Pornography. The Hart County Sheriff’s Office had requested GBI assistance concerning allegations involving Green’s actions dating back to 2014. The Hart County Sheriff’s Office assisted with the arrest. Green was taken into custody without incident.
