GBI Investigates Wayne County Homicide

Jesup, GA (January 22, 2021) – On Wednesday, January 13, 2021, Jerry Lee Davis was murdered at his residence, 2695 Oglethorpe Road, Wayne County, Georgia. Davis was shot multiple times which resulted in his death. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation and the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office are investigating the incident and are seeking information pertaining to the incident.
