Newnan, GA (March 23, 2020) – On Friday, March 20, 2020, agents of the GBI West Metro Regional Drug Enforcement Office and officers of the Newnan Police Department, executed a search warrant at 28 Shady Oak Lane, Newnan, Georgia and arrested Ricky Adam Norris, age 29, of Newnan, Georgia.  This arrest was the result of methamphetamine and heroin trafficking activities of Morris in Coweta County, GA.

Norris is charged with Trafficking Methamphetamines (3 counts), Trafficking Heroin, and Possession of Marijuana.

Agents seized approximately 5 ounces of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor amount of marijuana at the time of Norris’ arrest.

Also, as a result of the investigation, active arrest warrants are in place for Courtney Lauren Hannah, age 25 for Trafficking Methamphetamines (1 count) and Trafficking Heroin (1 count).
