Pembroke, GA (November 20, 2018) – On Tuesday, November 20, 2018, Domonique Collins, 25, was arrested by the GBI and charged with murder in reference to the death of Ragee Mincey, 26. On Sunday, November 18, 2018, the GBI was requested by the Pembroke Police Department to investigate a stabbing incident that occurred on Miller Circle, Pembroke, GA. Mincey was stabbed during a domestic incident and was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

Information developed during the course of this investigation revealed that Domonique Collins and Ragee Mincey resided together at the residence on Miller Circle, Pembroke, GA. Collins is currently being held at the Bryan County Jail.
