Moultrie, Georgia / January 16, 2018 –  On January 12, 2018, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and the Colquitt County Sheriff’s Office arrested C.A. Gray Junior High School Teacher Sebrun James Holton, Jr., age 26, of Doerun, GA, on charges of 2 counts of Aggravated Child Molestation, 1 count of enticing a child for indecent purposes, and 1 count of sexual assault by persons with supervisory authority.   On January 11, 2018, the GBI Field Office in Thomasville, Georgia was requested to assist the Colquitt County Sheriff’s Office with a report of a sexual assault of a Colquitt County student.  Information obtained during the investigation revealed that sexual contact had taken place in October and December of 2017 in Moultrie, Colquitt County, Georgia between a female student and Holton.

Holton was booked without incident into the Colquitt County Jail after his arrest.  This case is active and ongoing at this time.  Anyone with information is asked to call the GBI Thomasville  Office at 229-225-4090 or the Colquitt County CID Division at 229-616-7470.
