Cleveland, Georgia - On Thursday, August 24, 2017 the Cleveland Police Department Officers conducted a traffic stop which led to the arrest of Bobby Joe Mullinax JR, 39, from Cleveland along with the seizure of approximately 1 pound of methamphetamine and $1,700 in cash.  The investigation continued and led to the execution of a search warrant the following day at Keith and Bradley Talley’s residence, 794 Stanley Nix Road, Cleveland, GA. During the execution of the search warrant an additional quantity of methamphetamine, marijuana and various Schedule II pills were seized.  This investigation yielded the total seizure of 460 Grams of methamphetamine, one ounce of marijuana, 30 Methyline pills, 73 Amphetamine and Dextramphetamine pills and 3 Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone pills.  The street value of these narcotics is $51,985.  The White County Sheriff’s Office, the Lumpkin County Sheriff’s Office and the Department of Corrections K-9 Units assisted with the search warrant.   

Bobby Mullinax JR was charged with trafficking in methamphetamine. Patrick Keith Talley was charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, and possession of Schedule II with intent to distribute.  Bradley Austin Talley was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of schedule II with intent to distribute.  These three were transported to the White County Detention Center.
