Body of a Deceased Male Found in Atlanta
Atlanta, GA - On Thursday, March 3, 2016, Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) agents and Conyers Police Department investigators discovered the body of a deceased male on 994 Hank Aaron Drive, Atlanta, Georgia.
On Monday, February 28, 2016, the Conyers Police Department requested the GBI to assist in an investigation of missing person Thomas Entrekin, age 55. Entrekin was reported missing on January 29, 2016 from Early County, Georgia.
On February 8, 2016, the Conyers Police Department arrested three individuals identified as Darrian McDaniel, age 26, Demitric Lawson, age 19, and a juvenile male in Entrekin’s vehicle during a home invasion investigation. The Conyers Police Department and the GBI have been investigating what, if any, connection this may or may not have with Entrekin’s disappearance.
The body of the deceased male was taken to the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office for autopsy and identification.
Early County Sheriff’s Office, East Point Police Department, and Atlanta Police provided assistance in this investigation. This investigation remains active and ongoing.
