Dallas (Paulding County), GA – On Thursday, January 7, 2016, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation’s Haralson Paulding Drug Task Force and the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office arrested two individuals, Loy Alpheus Windham, age 44, and Whitney Nicole Cinnamon, age 28, for Trafficking in Methamphetamine.  The charges were filed following an arrest conducted by Paulding County Deputies and Agents with the Haralson Paulding Drug Task Force.  These arrests were conducted following an ongoing three month narcotics investigation.

Windham and Cinnamon were arrested on January 7, in possession of approximately 1 kilogram of Crystal Methamphetamine and a small quantity of prescription pills.  Windham and Cinnamon had pending charges from a previous search warrant served in December 2015 by deputies and agents at Windham’s residence located at 70 Kaiser Court Dallas, Georgia. The search warrant produced over 1 ounce of crystal methamphetamine, a small quantity of prescription pills, a stolen handgun, two vehicles, a motorcycle, and $4.038.00 of US currency. 

Windham and Cinnamon were booked into the Paulding County Detention Center on a $82,900.00 cash bond.
