Cairo, GA - On Wednesday, April 1, 2015, at approximately 10:00 pm, GBI Special Agent in Charge Steve Turner reports that Agents with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation arrested Dennis Logan, 51, of 5843 Bags Ferry Road, Camilla, GA. This arrest took place at the Grady County Sheriff’s Office in Cairo. Logan was charged with Sexual Assault and Violation of Oath of Office. These charges were the result of allegations leveled against Logan from an inmate housed at the Pelham Correctional Facility and occurred earlier on April 1st. Logan works at the Pelham Correctional Facility as well as the Grady County Jail as a Jailer.

This investigation was conducted at the request of the South Georgia District Attorney’s Office and with the cooperation with the Pelham Police Department and the Grady County Sheriff’s Office.
