Tallapoosa, GA – The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) has been requested to assist in the investigation of the death of Keith Donnal Lee, Jr., 22, this morning in Tallapoosa.  The Tallapoosa Police Department requested the GBI’s assistance after receiving a 911 call this morning at 3:46 AM regarding a man being shot at 89 S. Kelly Street in Tallapoosa.  The investigation revealed Bobby Ray Burns, Jr., 43, who resides at the S. Kelly Street location, shot Lee.  Burns was arrested and charged with one count of Involuntary Manslaughter.  He  has been taken to the Haralson County Jail.
