<?xml:namespace prefix = st1 /?>DECATUR – Today, agents with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation along with Georgia Tech Police arrested a 19 year-old Georgia Tech Freshman for manufacturing drivers' licenses.

Vielmas was selling altered Georgia Driver’s Licenses to students at Auburn University, Georgia Tech, UGA, and the University of Alabama.
These investigations, along with today’s Federal Grand Jury indictment of Al Amin Patni, 47, of Marietta are part of Governor Perdue’s Secure ID Initiative.
