Drug Arrest Made in Jackson County
Jackson County, GA (March 9, 2019) – On Thursday, March 7, 2019, the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office and the Appalachian Regional Drug Enforcement Office executed a search warrant at 324 Meadow Vista Lane, Hoschton, GA based on citizen complaints. Authorities seized 6 ounces of marijuana, 30 THC oil vape cartridges, 15 THC edibles, and $15,000 U.S. Currency.
Mark Duane Baker, 18, was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of THC oil with intent to distribute. Baker was transported to the Jackson County Detention Center.
