DECATUR - Timothy Clements' truck, a 1991 red, Ford F150, Georgia tag 955BJR, was discovered this morning off Evans Mill Road in DeKalb County.

Yesterday in Anniston, Alabama, investigators with the Newton County Sheriff's Office and the GBI charged 22-year-old Pablo Maldonado of Covington in connection with the murder of Clements whose body was found Friday in a creek in Newton County.  Maldonado was being held at the Anniston Police Department and is being transported to Newton County today by Newton County Sheriff's Deputies. 

Maldonado's vehicle and the victim's truck will be processed for evidence at the GBI.
