Eastanollee, Georgia - On Tuesday, August 22, 2017, the Stephens County Sheriff’s Office and the Appalachian Regional Drug Enforcement Office executed a search warrant at Zachery Ivester’s residence, 3330 North Broad Road, Eastanollee, GA, after a week long investigation.  Stephens County authorities had previously received multiple complaints of Ivester selling illegal narcotics from his residence.  The search warrant yielded one pound of marijuana, 2 blotter papers of approximately 100 hits of LSD, 5 grams of Butane Hash Oil and a .40 caliber semi-automatic handgun.  The street value of these illegal narcotics was approximately $15,000. 

Zachery Ivester, 23 and Alexis Schuster, 20, were charged with possession with intent to distribute LSD, marijuana, and Butane Hash Oil along with possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.  LSD and Butane Hash Oil are Scheduled I narcotics.  Ivester and Schuster were transported to the Stephens County Detention Center.
