Decatur, GA - Approximately 2 weeks ago, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) was requested to conduct an independent investigation of the officer use of force incident that occurred on June 4, 2017, at the Chevron located at 3364 Glenwood Road in Decatur, DeKalb County, GA.  As part of our thorough investigation, the GBI has made several attempts to locate and contact the victim in the incident without success.  The GBI would like for Katie McCrary to contact the GBI Region 10 (Conyers) office at 770-388-5019.

At the conclusion of the investigation, the case will be turned over to the District Attorney’s office for review.
