Colquitt, GA - On Saturday, June 20, at approximately 2:00 PM the Colquitt Police Department was called to respond to a shooting at 358 N. 2nd Street in Colquitt.  At that location police discovered three people had been shot. Colquitt Police requested the Georgia Bureau of Investigation assist in the investigation. Lamaris Miller, 30, of Colquitt was deceased at the scene. Damien Lee, 18, of Colquitt and Levionte Burr, 17, of Leesburg; were both shot and due to the seriousness of their injuries were life-flighted to the Southeast Alabama Medical Center, in Dothan, AL. Ralph Rogers, 47, of Colquitt was arrested at the scene and has been charged with one count of Murder and two counts of Aggravated Assault.

Rogers is being held in the Miller County Jail awaiting a bond hearing.
