Valdosta, GA - On Wednesday, December 17, 2014, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation obtained arrest warrants for Anthony Ceasar, 33, of 3067 Mt. Zion Church Road, Valdosta, Georgia. Ceasar is charged with two counts of Malice Murder, two counts of Felony Murder and two counts of Aggravated Assault. These charges stem from the September 3, 2014, deaths of Wilbur Mobley, 27 and Anisa Mobley, 25, of 151 Azalea Avenue, Morven, GA. Both of these victims were shot multiple times. Both victims were employed by the Georgia Department of Corrections and were serving as Prison Guards at the Valdosta State Prison. Ceasar was arrested in September by the Valdosta Police Department and United States Marshalls for Malice Murder in the August 22, 2014 arrest of Kenneth Johnson, 39, of Valdosta, and the shooting of Lashanda Williams, 41 of Lake Park at the Applebee’s on Inner Perimeter Road in Valdosta. The GBI jointly worked this investigation with the Morven Police Department, Brooks County Sheriff’s Office, Valdosta Police Department, Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office, United States Marshall Service and the Georgia Department of Corrections.

            Ceasar is currently being held at an undisclosed correctional facility and will be transported back to Brooks County for arraignment for these charges.
