Eatonton, Putnam County, GA (September 1, 2026) – The GBI has arrested and charged Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC) Special Agent in Charge Robert “Bobby” Michael Keim, age 45, of Eatonton, GA, with Misuse of a License Plate Reader System.

On Tuesday, August 18, 2026, GDC asked the GBI to investigate allegations of misuse of the GDC Flock Safety System. Preliminary information indicates that Keim used the Flock Safety System for non-law enforcement purposes.

Keim was arrested on September 1, 2026, and booked into the Putnam County Jail.
