Macon and Milledgeville, GA (May 10, 2024) – The GBI has arrested Martavious Jamale Moore, age 31, of Macon, Georgia, Derrick Tyrone Taylor Jr., age 26, of Irwinton, Georgia, Tu’aijah Keambre Warren, age 28, of Irwinton, Georgia, and Kendall Saulsberry, age 32, of Milledgeville, Georgia following a joint drug investigation. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation Middle Georgia Gang Task Force (MGGTF), Georgia State Patrol (GSP), Georgia Department of Community Supervision (DCS), Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC), Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office, Milledgeville Police Department, Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, Eatonton Police Department, and Wilkinson County Sheriff’s Office partnered in this investigation.  

Following an investigation that spanned several months, on Friday, May 3, 2024, GBI MGGTF executed 3 search warrants: two in Milledgeville and one in Macon. As a result of these search warrants, GBI agents seized suspected Crack Cocaine, Powder Cocaine, Ecstasy (MDMA), and Marijuana, as well as a large amount of money. 

On May 3, 2024, Moore was charged with Trafficking Cocaine. Additional charges are pending for Moore.  

On May 9, 2024, Taylor was charged with multiple counts of Possession of Firearm During the Commission of Crime; Possession with Intent to Distribute Ecstasy, Hydrocodone, Oxycodone, Alprazolam, and Marijuana; and Possession of Firearms by a convicted Felon. Warren was charged with multiple counts of Possession of Firearm During the Commission of Crime and Possession with Intent to Distribute Ecstasy, Hydrocodone, Oxycodone, Alprazolam, and Marijuana. Saulsberry was charged with Possession of Firearm by individual Under First Offender, Possession of Firearm During the Commission of Crime, Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Distribute, and Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute.   

Moore and Saulsberry were booked into the Baldwin County Jail after their arrests. Taylor and Warren were booked into the Wilkinson County Jail after their arrests.  

GBI-MGGT, GDC, DCS, and GSP conducted this investigation to make an impact on the current drug distribution and gang activity in Central Georgia and to promote a safer place for productive citizens.
