On February 18, 1992, at approximately 1:30 P.M., Mary Duffy, a patient at Vencor Hospital, located at 705 Juniper Street, Vencor Hospital, Fulton County, Atlanta, Georgia, received an inappropriate injection of insulin. On Tuesday, March 17, 1992, Mrs. Duffy died as a result of the injection. The Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office ruled the death as a homicide. At this time, the perpetrator is unknown.
