The Georgia Bureau of Investigation Regional Investigative Office (Region 11) in Athens and the Elbert County Sheriff’s Office are investigating the homicide of Anne Outz.  On Saturday, June 24, 2006, Anne Outz was found deceased in a wooded area near the Red Minnow Restaurant on Brewers Bridge Road, Elberton, Elbert County, Georgia.  Anne Outz was last seen on Tuesday, June 6, 2006 in Elberton, Georgia.
