Ocilla, GA (January 2, 2019) – On Wednesday, January 2, 2019, the GBI was requested by the Ocilla Police Department to conduct a death investigation that occurred at 710 E. 5th Street, Ocilla, GA. The Ocilla Police Department received a call at approximately 3:20 a.m. in reference to a male subject being deceased at the residence. When Ocilla Police Department arrived, they found Vincent Sharod Wells, 31, deceased inside the residence.

Wells will be transported to the GBI Medical Examiner’s Office for autopsy to determine the cause and manner of death.
