Cumming, GA – On Monday, March 17, the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office requested the GBI work an officer involved shooting which occurred shortly after midnight at 7975 Nicholson Road in Cumming.  Kenny Roger Drake, 52, was shot and killed during the incident.  No further details will be released at this time as this is an ongoing investigation.
