CORNELIA, GA – Investigators with the Cornelia Police Department and agents with the GBI have discovered a second security camera video that shows the person who investigators believe shot the Little Caesar’s employee last Thursday night around 10:00pm during a robbery.

This video is from the Wal-Mart located near Little Caesar’s and confirms that the person in the Lowe’s video who was seen walking toward the woods behind Lowe’s came out of woods behind Wal-Mart walking in the direction of Little Caesar’s.

After investigators viewed the Lowe’s video, they went back to the Wal-Mart to ask if they could view their video from the same time period as the Lowe’s video.

The Lowe’s video shows a dark-colored Pontiac Firebird with tinted windows and a scoop on the back parked in the Lowe's parking lot. The car, a 1993 to 2002 model, had a blue and white drive-out tag with the letter "A" on it.

The suspect is thought to be a white or Hispanic male, dark hair, clean shaven, 5-7 to 5-9, in his 20's, 190-200 lbs.  Ten minutes after the robbery and shooting occurred, witnesses at Lowe’s saw the man running back to his car.  These witnesses told investigators that it appeared he was sweating. The man quickly drove from the parking lot.

Witnesses also indicted the man was wearing a black, long-sleeve shirt; dark pants but lighter than the color of his shirt, and had a red Jansport backpack.  The man matches the description provided by witnesses at Lowe's with the description of the man who committed the armed robbery at Little Caesar’s.

Anyone with information on the driver of this car is asked to call the Cornelia Police Department at 706-894-3071 or the GBI Tip Line at 1-800-597-TIPS (8477).
