JASPER, GA. - On September 22, 2010 the Jasper Police Department requested the GBI to assist with an investigation into an alleged rape and home invasion. During the investigation, agents and officers developed several inconsistencies in the victim's statement. The victim in the case is no longer cooperating with law enforcement.
