Lincolnton, GA – On December 28, 2013, at approximately 10:38 AM, the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call concerning a two vehicle accident at the intersection of Augusta Highway and Old Petersburg Road in Lincolnton, Georgia.  Upon arriving at the accident scene, deputies located two deceased individuals.  Upon further investigation, it was learned that the deceased parties had been shot. A second vehicle was located abandoned at the scene and appeared to have been involved in the accident.  The victims have been identified as Lakendra Elam, 27 years old, and Terrence Norman, 28 years old, both of Lincolnton, Georgia.

The GBI was requested to assist with the investigation and has obtained arrest warrants for Courtney Partlow, 29 years old, of Lincolnton, Georgia for Murder. The GBI is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Partlow. Partlow is to be considered armed and dangerous.
