On December 4, 1995, at approximately 4:30 A.M., Kim Ramone Head was found deceased on Red Wine Avenue in College Park, Fulton County, Georgia. The victim suffered multiple gunshot wounds to the chest. Individuals that resided nearby claimed to have heard three shots the previous night at approximately 10:15 P.M.
