On July 14, 2009, the body of Darren Williams, 39, of Columbia, South Carolina, was found in a dirt parking lot near Magnum Street adjacent to the Georgia Dome on Georgia World Congress Center property.  The victim, Williams, was struck and killed by a vehicle, described as a white SUV, possibly a Ford Expedition or Lincoln Navigator.  The suspect, described as a black male, is believed to have a tattoo of a pit bull terrier with a studded necklace and a long red tongue on his left arm.  Below is a sketch of the suspect.
