Laurens County, GA- Jim Edward Lowery, 35 has been captured. At approximately 10:20 PM, an aviation unit observed Lowery in the contained search area near the Laurens County Jail. Ground teams were directed to Lowery's location where he was apprehended. No one was injured and Lowery was taken into custody without incident.
