Franklin Springs - Police are actively seeking the arrest of Anthony Elijah Jones, 19.  Jones is wanted for rape and false imprisonment.  These charges stem from a September 5, 2015 incident occurring at Emanuel College in Franklin Springs, GA.  Felony arrest warrants were obtained and a Franklin County grand jury indicted Jones on these charges. The GBI, the Franklin Springs Police Department and the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office are investigating.
